Yes, I'm a true blonde!

For those of you who don't know, i'm a list maker! I make to do lists every day, and, my very favorite part is checking things off! That has to be one of the most amazing feelings, ever!! So... I have this to do list that I made to do over spring break. There's a lot of things I've been wanting to do but I just haven' t had time to do it. So... here is my to do list!

Clean the pantry is near the bottom of that list, because well, it needs cleaning! Desperately! Seriously, I would be embarassed if anyone saw how bad it was. Spilled rice and dry noodles, and... we'll just stop there. Just try to imagine 8 girls and one pantry and all that food. We have one set of shelves in there, but it just doesn't seem to do the trick. We've been meaning to buy another set ever since we moved in. So I decided, yesterday was the day! I was going to buy a shelf and build it and clean the pantry!!So, there I was at walmart looking at the shelves, and I decided on this one.

It looks pretty big right? All those books on it, and that basket at the bottom. And that chair next to it looks huge, so I'm sure that shelf must be huge!Hopefully it'll fit in our pantry!

Well I got back to the apartment and started putting it together, but I soon found that 8 girls are not properly equipped with screw drivers to put a shelf together. I texted anyone I could think of (and anyone's numbers I still have after getting a new phone, which is not very many)and of course, everyone was actually doing something FUN for spring break, and not stuck in Ephraim :) So suffice it to say, no screw drivers. I tried for a bit to put it together without, but my poor little hands are just not strong enough. I finally determined to just take it to my house and put it together there. I stayed up till two last night watching first daughter and putting it all together. Finally it was finished!... and its not quite the size I was expecting.

hmm... so now we have a canned food shelf to put in our pantry. The only thing is, We don't have that much canned food.

Who thinks they'll let me take it back? Or, better yet! Who wants to buy it? I'll sell it for $20 bucks! Assembled and everything!

They'll take it back! Or you could just donate it to your favorite niece or nephew... i'm sure they could use a shelf like that...

Don't you hate it when it doesn't turn out like the picture! Especially after assembling it!! I'm sure they'll take it back though. Good luck!!
