My Roommate Lindsay and I both got to give blood for the very first time! I've never made it past the questioning part so I was super excited :) They didn't like my blood because I tend to travel a lot, and I was sick once too. But they took it this time! Unfortunately I did not receive any sweet bruises :(
I painted this! It was our first color painting, so that was fun. Its a juxtaposition assignment. So pretty much it had to be a lot of random things put together in a way you wouldn't expect and its supposed to have some kind of hidden meaning behind it. I'm not sure about the hidden meaning... any thoughts? :)My friend Adam suggested give time to the flowers... hmmm
I made lasagna for my roommate dinner! It was delicious! I like lasagna.
and we had the cutest Christmas decorations in our apartment ever! We all enjoyed our real live tree! Thanks dad and brothers!
Last Sunday we made carmels and took them as neighbor gifts around to whole ward! We went caroling with boomwhackers and had so much fun. Some random boys we enjoy having around (Kylee, Chris, and Spencer)all joined. We also drew names for our apartment gifts. I received a whole book of scrap booking paper! I love it and hopefully I'll get to use it during this amazing break!
Tuesday was the start of finals week. I was unlucky enough to have my two hardest finals on Friday, YUCK! But their over now and it feels amazing!I feel pretty good about how I did on most of them, but mostly I'm just glad their over and done with. Hooray for Christmas break! This sign hung on our wall all of finals week. I really think it helped!

Oh and I also got a sweet retro jacket! Now I'm a real live Snow College student! Haha, with only one more semester to go! Next semester should be fun. I'm looking forward to taking soccer, backpacking, bowling with bob, photography, communications and personal finance! I'm not so looking forward to English or Interdisciplinary science :/ but i truly am grateful for this opportunity I have to receive an education.
Now I'm just gonna enjoy being home with absolutly NO homework to even think about! YEEHAW!!

Em, you are so cute, creative, unstressed, and reminding me of coats when I was at Snow. Loved your decorations but glad that home is the best place to be for Christmas. I love you!
Wow em, that was quite the update! I'm glad you are donig so great! I love that you went caroling with boom-whackers--that would be so fun! I think you're my hero... :)
THIS is a darling blog! It would have to be because it is created by a darling person-age. . . gal, niece . . . I am just a little slow at reading it. But not next time - hurry and blog again!
